When I had planned a trip to Turkey, there were 2 essential things on my dream list to do. One was to cruise on The Bosphorus Straits in Istanbul, and the other was to experience a hot air balloon flight in Cappadocia. I found Istanbul Welcome Card (IWC), bought their Classic Card and thoroughly enjoyed its benefits. My purchase gave me the use of the IstanbulKart (a must have in Istanbul)- an electronically charged card with five credits, giving me access to the trams, furnicular, ferries along with maps and Pdf guides to show me how to move around to enjoy the diverse, unique city stretched over two continents. It was worth every usage as the Classic Card package was delivered to my hotel the day before my arrival and also included a 90min Bosphorus cruise from Eminönu pier. All for the very affordable price of €19. The cruise was wonderful! Seeing the beauty of famed sites along the cruise route with the opportunity to bathe in Istanbul's beauty and capture that on my camera was a mission accomplished because of IWC. I value freedom when I travel. The joy of moving around at my own pace is both educational and liberating as I get to see and do things which interest me. I also get the chance to meet locals and other visitors whom sometimes become newfound friends. So if I got to see and to do what I had dreaned to do at a fraction of the price, why not?

The envelope was waiting at our hotel as expected. We hired a car through Welcome Card to and from the airport. That was flawless. The 10 free public transport trips came in handy. Used 6 of the 10 in our short 48 hour trip, including a ferry to the Anatolian/Asian side. The Metro and trolley/train car were clean, safe, and easy. We were confused by the turnstyle, not sure our card was working. Turned out we were just dumb. It worked fine, and we just had to push the turnstyle. Used the free Hagia Sophia Tour, just showed up, and Hakan was awesome. There were so many people at 10:00, Mehmet is supposed to be great, but they called in Hakan and we only had 8 in our small group, while Mehmet went off with a larger group. The starting point was east to find and the tour was on time, fun, and interesting. The free Bosphorus cruise was such a relaxing way to end the day. Overall, the Premiet card was definitely worthwhile.

Had the premium card for 2 days in Istanbul which was delivered to our hotel before we arrived. Did the Aya Sophia and Cisterns on the first day and Topkapi Palace and the boat trip on the second. The 3 guides we had were all very informative but could speak more slowly for those whose English isn’t their first language. The meeting point for the palace and the cistern were different to the leaflet. Having the travel card was great. Would recommend

Per la nostra prima volta ad Istanbul ci siamo affidati a loro e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Le guide sono tutte molto preparate e ci hanno dato delle spiegazioni molto esaustive. Abbiamo preso la Premium Card con 10 tratte, Visita guidata a Santa Sofia, Basilica Cisterna, Palazzo Topkapi e giro in nave sul Bosforo. Vi consigliamo molto questa card. Abbiamo deciso di dividere le visite in più giorni in modo tale da avere tempo di visita in autonomia ma se si vuole, si può scegliere di fare tutto in una giornata. I tempi di attesa alle attrazioni sono sempre stati più che accettabili, 10-20 minuti al massimo. Salutiamo calorosamente le nostre care guide con cui ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene: Naciye Buse (che ci ha fatto da guida privata per il palazzo Topkapi, eravamo solo noi 3 ed è stato pazzesco!) e Dampse (non penso di averlo scritto giusto, che ci ha fatto da guida alla Cisterna Basilica).

The Istanbul Welcome pass is a super and easy way to visit the most important attractions in Istanbul. It is definitely worth buying. We had great tour guides ???? who shared very valuable insignts. We got the premium pass which allowed us to use public transportation. On a separate note, the QR-Code is not necessary for the audio application as listed on instructions and you need to be connected to the internet to be able to listen the audio guide. It is important to download before the supporting app from the apple store or google play. In short, a great value for money!

The biggest benefit of the Welcome Card was the fact that one could skip the terribly long lines at the Hagia Sophia, the Underground Cistern and the Topkapi Palace - in the extreme heat we would not have survived two hours waiting in the sun! The guides were knowledgeable and helpful and the guided tours were not too long, which left us with enough time on our own, with our audio guides to help us further. A perfect combination of real guides plus audio guides! The Bosphorus tour was lovely. The tram trips on the card were a nice bonus. I would highly recommend the Welcome Card!

Die Tour fing wirklich toll an. Er grueßte uns und erklaerte uns die ganze route. I ordered the Welcome Card for my spouse and I b/c we were staying in Istanbul for 5 days and it seemed to hit every tour we wanted (Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar, Topkapi Palace). Tours were good, though maybe they should re-name the Markets & Roof-tops Tour b/c we did not get to go on any roof tops (likely closed? or just not enough time to hit them along with the markets). Cruise ticket is a separate piece of paper! Do not forget to bring it to the dock before boarding. It is the small red paper with the cruise times on it. Otherwise, Welcome Card team was great! I had a last minute hotel change, and they got everything to the new hotel without any hassle. =)

Es geht um meinen ersten Besuch des Istanbuls und ich habe mich aufgrund des Angebots dieser Agentur für die Welkome Card entschieden ( mehrere Sehenswürdigkeiten). Daneben habe ich zusätzliche 10 Tickets für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (U-Bahn, Straßenbahn, Bus, Fähre) erhalten. Sie können Ihre Wellkomen-Karte an den Automaten des ofentichen Verkehrsmittels aufladen, wenn Sie weitere Tickets benötigen. Ich habe Agia Sofia, Topkapi-Palast, 1001 Zisterne, Galata mit den Reiseführern der Agentur besucht und für jemanden, der Istanbul bereits durch Dokumentationen kennengelernt hat, kann ich sagen, dass ich zufrieden bin. Besonders gut war die Galata-Tour durch viele Informationen des Reiseführers Mahmet, diese Tour dauert in der Regel ca. 2 Stunden, so ist wohl der Eindruck. Auch Emres der Reiseführer bei der Tour durch den Topkapi-Palast zusammen mit dem Harem erinnerte stark an die Zeit der Sultane. Andere Guides waren auch gut, aber ich denke, in 30 Minuten, solange die Touren dauern, haben die Reiseführern keine Zeit genug, um mehr Informationen zu geben. Insgesamt empfehle ich die Welcome Istanbul Card als Option, um Istanbul zu erkunden. Reiseführern sind immer bereit zu helfen, auch mit Empfehlungen für andere Ziele, Sehenswürdigkeiten und noch besser, um den Geist des schönen Istanbuls zu spüren.

Prvi put sam u poseti Istambulu i odlucio sam se za Welkome Card zbog turistickih destinacija koje nudi ova agencija a uz to sam dobio i 10 karata za gradski prevoz (metro, tramvaj, bus, ferryboat). Wellkomen card mozete dopuniti na automatima prevoznika, ukoliko vam je potreno jos karata za voznju. Posetio sam Agia Sofia, Topkapi palata, 1001 Cistern, Galatu sa vodicima iz njhove agencije i za nekog ko je vec kroz dokumentarne filmove upoznao Istambul, mogu reci da sam zadovoljan. Tura Galata je posebno bila dobra zbog puno informacija koje je vodic Mahmet pruzio, ta tura inace traje oko 2 sata pa je verovatno zato takav utisak. Vodic Emre na turi Topkapi palata sa haremom je takodje jako docarao vreme u kome su sultani vladali. Ostali vodici su bili takodje dobri ali mislim da za 30 minuta, koliko traju ture, vodici nemaju dovoljno vremena da pruze vise informacija. Sve u svemu preporucujem Welcome Istambul card kao opciju za upoznavanje Istambula. Vodici su spremni uvek da pomognu cak i oko preporuka za neke druge destinacije, mesta koja treba posetiti i jos bolje osetiti duh prelepog Istambula.

My partner and I purchased the premium package for our 6-day Istabul vacation. Even before using the package I liked the package already especially because the cards are sent to the hotel you booked before your arrival. We could use the cards from day 1 which was really convenient for us. We joined the guided tour for Hagia Sofia, Topkapi Palace and 1001 Cistern with Mehmed. Each tour was planned in the way that allowed us to have all done in one day so it was perfect even for those who don’t have that much time in Istanbul, which was helpful. The best thing about the Istanbul welcome card - premium package was surprisingly not the main tours mentioned above but the walking tour that was included as complementary, given by a guide named Emre. Not to mention how fluent he was in English, he was knowledgable, friendly, informative and fun to be around. He made the walking tour such a memorable experience for us. We were also lucky that our group was small (just us and another lady) which probably allowed him to give much more personal tour. He gave us lots of information about how Istanbul looks as it does now, cultures, local habits etc. The tour was full of little interesting information about Turkey and Istanbul. He kindly allowed us to stop by at a mosque and a sandwich place aaaand a church which weren’t included in the tour (I guess) upon request. He was really nice and friendly, we felt like just four friends hanging out in Istanbul, drinking nice çay, making each other laugh. What an unforgettable experience. Emre wasn’t just a guide who gives the same tour to everyone but he was flexible and was skilled to adjust the tour according to people who join the tour. For that we believe he was the best guide we’ve ever had. We had a great time and it’s all thanks to him. Emre, we will come back one day and when we do, you’d better be available. :)

I used the Premium Ticket for my week in Istanbul. All together it was a wonderful experience. The Tourguides Mehmet (Hagia Sophia and Cistern) and Can (Topkapi-Palace and complete Walking Tour) were enthusiastic and could answer every question. There were also quite a few recommendations for my stay in town. Just a few extra informations for other traveler. The Hagia Sophia is a mosque again, so there is no need for a ticket, but the tour through the mosque was very interesting. Same goes for the guide in the Topkapi-Palace and the Cistern. I highly recommend to do the Bonus Walking Tour. Meetingpoint is the same as for the Hagia Sophia Tour. But I would do the Walking Tour in two sessions. Because otherwise ist could get quite long. During the tour through the markets, say yes to the suggestion for a tea break. Otherwise you will miss one of the coolest cafes in town (by the way, belongs to a fellow from Berlin). Also for the Bosphorus-Tour I would start in the morning, because you can (on the same day), drop on and off at several different locations. With best regards, Hendrik

We availed this tour via Klook and indeed, the card was delivered the next day on our Hotel reception. Tour guides were really great! They are all good in English. Tours were very informative. They also offer audio guides that can be downloaded via playstore/appstore on your mobile phones. This package includes a transportation card that can be used in all public transportation in Istanbul, be it bus, metro, or ferry. This tour package is very convenient and it is good for 7 days, so no need to rush! What I enjoyed the most was the Basilica Cistern and Bosphorus Cruise. In the Bosphorus Cruise, their staff even offered us a complementary drink before riding the cruise. Also, their staff were always easy to find at the destinations because they are all wearing their uniforms. I also met Zach, one of the staff, which I think is the one in-charge for quality control of the travel agency. He asked for our reviews in their tours and he happily accepted all our suggestions and recommendations. He is very polite and friendly. The premium card is good value as you can visit many museums while also getting a guide for the two most popular destinations: Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace. Our guide Eser did a great job at the Hagia Sophia. Unfortunately we couldn't find the Topkapi Palace guide at the meeting point, so we had to buy our own tickets separately. But we were able to use the audio guide inside. The cruise option is just right - most other tour groups do rather long tours that include a meal and are pricey. This one is simple and quick, leaving you more time to do other things in Istanbul. Bring some cash to buy some hot tea or sahlep on the boat. Also, download the apps and download all the guides while you have WiFi as they take a long time to download and are quite big. I also found the little PDFs of insider info very helpful. Overall great idea and execution.

Wir haben den Kauf der Karte nicht bereut. Wir waren immer etwas früher am Meeting Point und wurden nett empfangen. Es folgte eine Einweisung auf Englisch. Dann kam der Guide und es ging pünktlich los. Sowohl der Besuch in der Hagia Sophia Freitag 11:00 Uhr und im Topkapı Palast Samstag 10:30 Uhr war sehr informativ. I’m so glad I chose this card! We skipped the line at every attraction - these lines were at least one hour long, if not more. We also had a great guide who showed us around. Best of all, we saved so much money by using the transport card - taxis in Istanbul are not cheap, especially when you want to go from the European side to the Asian side or the old side. This is a very useful service. The envelope was delivered to the hotel. It had a public transport pass (for 10 trips) + 3 tickets: to Topkapi, Hagia Sophia and a boat trip on the Bosphorus. We got known of all important buildings in Isanbul, including a professional guide and avoiding waiting in long lines before entrance. Unlike other travel card packages we have used in Paris or Madrid or Milan, this one is waiting for you when you check into your hotel so that saves the time to exchange an email for the card(s). Also it includes skip-the-line direct entry for Topkapi Palace and Hagia Sophia which are the two longest-line attractions. With those two you get an orientation tour which in the case of Hagia Sophia means the guide points out the ancient Greek graves close to the church which otherwise you would most likely miss and with them the first 1,000 years history of Istanbul. We went in June and our Premium card came with 10 metro rides of which we only used 6, but I notice in August the card includes fewer rides. In any case multi-ride metro tickets are cheap.

Definitely worth the purchase especially if it is your first time to Istanbul. I know you can get individual tours cheaper but the guided service is worth it for a first time visitor. The information pack was delivered to the hotel and was ready on our arrival. The information in the pack was useful and it was easy to find the guides at the meeting points. The guides had good English and were friendly and professional. We went on the Bosphorus cruise and were met by Lockman. He helped our family to get on to the boat and find the best seats and helped download the guide app answering any questions we had.

I appreciate the ease of being able to purchase this very last minute as it magically arrived at our hotel check in. The contained information within was beautifully organized and for the most part easy to understand/use. One concept that I didn't understand upon purchase was that you are limited to the entry times provided on the information and can not enter the establishments at other times. This was especially problematic as our holiday fell over Eid, which meant that the Hagia Sophia and Palace were open limited times. Still it was great to skip the lines, and get a brief insight into the building's significance before exploring it on your own. Also, the transport card made getting around a breeze and again skipping the lines was great! Would certainly recommend obtaining this card.

The best thing about Istanbul Welcome Card, that when you buy it, you don't have a voucher, that you have to redeem to a ticket, but the card, ready to use, waiting for you in your hotel. This is an example that all the companies selling online tickets should have to follow. For me, the Premium card was the most convenient, since it doesn't include guided tours (that I hate), only a short introduction of the place that you visit, and after that everyone can go and see their own choices, and in their own space. The included ten public transport ticket was even too much for our five days stay, since the way to see and discover a city, walking is the ideal transport. We loved our Istanbul Card.

Istanbul welcome card was the best choice We selected to buy the premium card (49 euros for each person), that includes tickets for Haya Sophia, Top Kapi, a cruise of 90’ at Bosporus and 10 tickets for the public transport. After the reservation we received an e-mail with all the details that we had to know (and more than that, p.ex. what to eat, what to buy, where else to go, proposals for walk in different areas of the city). Our cards were delivered to our hotel the previous day of our arrival in Istanbul. When we arrived, they were already at the reception. The next day we used the services according the instructions that were been given to us the previous days. The tour operators were on time at the appointments and very friendly to all the visitors. The meeting points were so well indicated that there is no possibility to miss them or to misunderstand (all these were very well indicated at the e-mail that we had received when we were still in our country). We were lucky to meet Haluk, who was our tour operator at Haya Sophia and Yogel, who was our tour operator at Top Kapi. Both of them have an excellent knowledge of the historical periods for each monument and were ready to answer all our questions and to explain whatever we could not understand. They showed an interesting for each one of the visitors through questions about us and our countries. In this way they approach each visitor with politeness and make him to feel familiar. It was an excellent experience!!! Bravo!!!

Ich muß sagen, daß meine Frau und meine Tochter sehr beeindruckt waren, die Abholung der Istanbul Welcome Karte am Flughafen Istanbul hat reibungslos geklappt. Dann der Transfer zu unserem Hotel war auch sehr angenehm, mit einem klimatisiertem Vito haben sie uns gefahren. Ob es jetzt die Hagia Sophia war oder de Topkapi Palast, wir hatten einen Reiseführer zugewiesen bekommen, mit dem wir uns nirgends anstellen mußten, weil wir die Eintrittskarten schon hatten. Der Rest war auch, ich finde die Istanbul Welcome Card super und würde Sie jedem empfehlen.

I bought the 5 day deluxe card as it included the travel pass with 20 trips. It was waiting on me when I arrived at the hotel and having the pass made access to all the locations visited so much easier. Clear instructions were sent if meeting guides in busy locations. Guide was excellent and on back of 2 trips with him, specifically booked another knowing it was with Emre. The travel pass gave me the confidence to use public transport without worrying about paying the right amounts or getting off at the right places. It made me more likely to venture out and make full use of all the trips. I used underground, trams funicular and ferries, great value and so useful.

Its okay but some explanations are not clear. You can Visit cistern with a guide 2 times a day - on the Museum card it says its not included. Same for the cruise Ticket- you receive a small Voucher looks like advertise- nearly thrown away. Cards were not at the hotel When we arrived but a call was sufficient and cards were their after 15 Minutes allthough it was sunday evening.

Having the metro card delivered to the hotel and meeting the guides on the first morning for the tours was not only convenient but also extremely time efficient! Having these cards were very convenient and it made our trips around Istanbul extremely easy too. The transport card value had just enough for us to travel for 5 days around Istanbul. The museum cards got us into the most amazing tourist attractions around the area too, slipping the crazy queues and instantly immersing ourselves in the history. The guide was also great, conversing extremely well in English and shared valuable information about each attraction. One thing to note is that museums are closed on mondays and sometimes tuesdays so plan your itinerary according to that!

I purchased Istanbul Welcome Card (Deluxe) a day prior my arrival to Istanbul. They delivered the card to the hotel I booked in. It was fast transaction. My first tour was I'm Hagia Sophia. My tour guide is a lady. Her name is Ezge in Turkish or Melody in English. She was so fluent in English and very accomodating. The mosaic of Jesus and 2 emperor Justine and Constantine is so heart warming. I felt the holiness and the history just by looking at them. Further, the Holy Calligraphy of Allah Mohamed Ali Hassan and more are the biggest in the world. I went to Prince Island and spent my time riding a rented biked until 4:30 PM. Next day, I visited Topkapi Palace and my guide was the bearded guy. He taught us the history and time line of each architecture how once area differs from another because each courtyard or section of the palace has different function and was develop by different Sultans leaving their own footprint or legacy. It is worth a visit. It has a lot of similarity to the forbidden city of Imperial China. I thend went on Bosphorus tour. The reception of isntabul welcome card ask me to download the app. He recomended to sit on the right seat for a better view. The boat is branded TURYOL. It is near the fish and bread boat market. Ausserdem gibt die Führung erst einen guten Überblick und dann kann man selber alles weitere erforschen. Mit dabei sind Fahrten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Alles easy: nix anstehen oder lösen am Automaten. Ihr spart Euch mit dieser Card viel Zeit (Schlangen vor dem Eingang) und schliesslich auch Geld. Do it! :)

Es ist eine super Sache gewesen, es war schon im Hotel wo wir angekommen sind, der Guide war toll, der Schnelleinlass hat geklappt. Allerdings hat mir nicht gefallen: online steht dass die Karten 7 Tage gültig sind, die Museumkarte ist aber nur 5 Tage gültig!!!! Das finde ich nicht in Ordnung!!! Das ist Abzocke. Ich würde nicht mehr die Deluxe wählen, sondern nur die günstigeren Varianten wo nur Haghia Sophia, Topkapi und Cisterna Basilika und Istanbulkarte beinhaltet.

Emails contained clear instructions re. meeting place and what to expect, even photos showing the guides at the places where you were supposed to meet them. A package containing cards, instructions, maps etc. was waiting for us at the hotel, as promised. We didn't think we were going to use the transportation cards, since we tend to walk everywhere, but they came in really handy for some of the really remote attractions. We even used the tram going out to dinner on a rainy evening. The historian guide, Adil, was very well informed, he answered all our unscripted questions in lots of detail. The other staff we interacted with was personable and willing to provide practical advice regarding means of transportation, what to visit off the beaten path and in what order. The Istanbul Welcome Card is a very good choice especially for the skip the line advantage ( the lines at the museum can be huge sometimes) , but also for the tours with the historian guide . We had today all the three tours (Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern and Topkapi Palace and Harem) and he had the pleasure to have as a guide Adil Fide. He made our visits to very interesting by presenting details about the culture, history, habits and life style of sultans in very good english. He answered to all our questions, he had patience explaining things and making sure that everyone understood the information. He also made these experience funny and the information easy to understand for our 12 years old son. Back to the Istanbul Welcome cards is nice that they include a cruise on Bosphorus. We had that yesterday and is breath taking. The city is wonderful and the audioguide helped us learn so many things about it. I would recommend that Dolmabahçe Palace be included in the Istanbul Welcome card, for easy access and better experience. We haven’t used the public transportation yet because is very crowded and we also like to explore the city by foot. To resume, we think that Istanbul Welcome Card Deluxe is a good choice, we saved money and time and we gain wonderful memories.

Dank der Istanbul Welcomecard wurde unser Kurztrip Perfekt.Ganz zu unseren Überraschung wurden wir schon vor unserem Istanbultrip freundlichts Beraten.Bei der Ankunft in unserem Hotel in Istanbul waren die Karten für die einzelnen Aktionen und die Fahrkarten für die Metro bereits in der Rezeption hinterlegt. Mit der Metrocard die auch in unserem Umschlag war konnten wir direkt los zu den Museen vor Ort standen auch mehrer Mitarbeiter für alle fragen zur Verfügung. Wir wurden vom Historiker direkt durch die lange Warteschleife mitgenommen und haben uns somit die lange Wartezeit erspart, dadurch konnten wir an einem Tag auch mehrere Museen besuchen.Der Historiker Yücel war super es war sehr spannend und auch mal lustig .Ich kann jedem diese Karten empfehlen da man sich damit viel Zeit und ärger erspart und somit auch gut Vorbereitet ist für den Urlaub.Der Preis ist super und aufjedenfall angemessen. Istanbul war der Hammer ich werde aufjednfall nochmal hinfliegen und beim nächsten mal aufjedenfall auch noch mal die Istanbul Welcomcard buchen.

Our tour guide, Adil from Istanbul Welcome Card, made our experience amazing. He’s a very smart person, full of information and with answers to every question that my crazy mind thought of asking. Because we had welcome card, we didn’t have to pay extra for entry, so I would definitely recommend it. Now back to the palace... it is out of this world, from the architecture to the trees and gardens inside, it is breathtaking. There is purple marble from Egypt inside that I’ve never had the pleasure to see before. The tiles on the walls date back to the 16th century and that makes me think how ahead of time they were then. Heated floors, marble bathrooms, mind blowing richness. I have also found out that it’s all patched with materials from everywhere and different centuries. It is like a massive jewel in the heart of Istanbul. On top of all that, the view from the last part of the palace is definitely the best one, looking over Bosphorus. I would definitely recommend getting a tour guide so that a bit of the Turkish history and Sultans lives gets in your heart, cause believe me, it will never leave it.

I have no more to thank for the service given. In our case they had changed our hotel and we went to the office where they gave us the card in person even though they had sent it. Not only did they solve the issue of the card, but we were also accompanied by a person from the office where the Bosphorus cruises departed. They were very friendly and resolved our problems instantly since the hotel change the travel agency did at the last minute. The only drawback we had with the Museum card was in the Cistern (Istanbul) where they charged us the ticket despite being included, but, we were left with the feeling that it was a revival of the person of the place and not because of a problem of the card since it worked perfectly in ALL places avoiding time and queues and without paying anything extra. } Thanks for making us stay great!

Although I had been to Istanbul many times before, this was the first time I decided to use the Istanbul Welcome Card and I think this was a very good decision. Since I wanted to visit several museums again, we chose the deluxe card. The biggest advantage was skipping the ticket lines which were incredibly long due to high season. We also went on an extremely enjoyable tour to Topkapi palace with the historian guide, which I really recommend to everybody, since he is very passionate about his job and he really manages to make the place interesting. We also enjoyed the free entrance to other museums, some of which we would most probably otherwise not have visited but were quite interesting, the Bosphorus boat tour, the included public transport tickets and also discounts on the airport transfer and the Whirling Dervishes ceremony at Sirkeci (Orient Express) train station. Before buying the card, I emailed them with some questions and I always got prompt and helpful replies. Their service is also very friendly and reliable. All in all, we will most probably buy the Istanbul Welcome Card again next time in Istanbul.

First of all, a huge thanks to the IWC team who promptly postponed my reservation to another date and helped me organize my stay in Istanbul almost effortlessly, you are awesome! :) -------------------------------------- The tables on the ship itself are not optimally organized and the minimum number of people that can be placed at a single table is 8. Due to this, you cannot really watch the dancers while you eat, or depending on your seat in general unless you turn your head every min or so. The food was of below average quality (too dry for my taste) and the music was at best random; the setlist was a mix between popular Turkish songs (great ones at that) and Western hits, which was unnecessary since this cruise should focus on Turkish culture and tradition. This way it looked like a cheap thrill (the exact opposite of the price paid for the event). Luckily, there was an employee who took the matter in his own hands and entertained the crowd on his own after dinner. The view through out the entire cruise was splendid, the staff were polite and the dancers were lovely to watch. I do not regret the decision to go, but I cannot say for sure I would do it again.

I had a long stopover in Istanbul from 4:00 PM to 3:30 PM, so I decided to take the Bosphorus dinner cruise. I was lucky that my cousins joined me. It was an exceptional experience. The crew members and the team were very cooperative and punctual. I had requested good seats (near the performance and close to a view) and had precise pick-up / drop-off schedules due to my flight. Everything was perfectly configured. The food was excellent (I had the chicken dish), and the performances were impressive. I highly recommend doing this tour for solo and group travelers. Everyone on the boat was friendly and the staff is very attractive and quick with the answers. The boat is also quite large and pleasant to explore (upper, front and rear deck). I will be back with more family soon !!

Die Fahrt über den Bosporus selbst war sehr schön und ist eigentlich auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, bisher habe ich mit Istanbul Welcome Card auch nur beste Erfahrungen gemacht. Hier muss ich aber leider zwei Sterne abziehen: Entgegen der Beschreibung gab es sehr wohl Stopps. Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palast und Galata Turm wurden nicht angefahren und die Art und Weise wie dort Getränke und Snacks verkauft werden, empfand ich als sehr aufdringlich und unangenehm.

A nice opportunity to see Istanbul from the sea. The boat was large and quite comfortable. The weather conditions were wintry so we couldn't sit outside but the windows were large so it was easy to enjoy the views. As soon as we sat down in the salon a waiter appeared and served us toast and hot milk. He didn't inform us that we later would have to pay for it. For about half of the cruise we thought that the snacks and drinks we were served were complimentary. We were quite surprised when the same waiter showed up with a bill after about 40 minutes. Fortunately it wasn't very expensive. :)

The cruise itself is fabulous. 90 minutes of pure picturesque trip through the lovely Bosphorus waters. Try to do the last one that is 16:00 to 17:00ish since then you have a chance to see the city in daylight and at dusk. Highly recommend it. BE AWARE! The sandwhich/coffee/cinnamon milk etc. are offered (kinda forced) on to you as a welcome gesture. Once you accept it, in about 30 mins the guys come asking for insanely huge amount of money for that. So stay away unless you really want a sandwhich, coffee, milk for 60 liras. Total rip off.

Very good organisation, polite servant on the official desk in front of the. boat, he helps a lot to quickly install application which is very useful and give you explanation of all sightseeings which you pass though during the boat trip. It help a lot, because the official speaker on the boat speaks on few languages, and because of the noice all around, you can't hear properly. With the application you can choose when to listen to text describing the landmark the boat is passing through. Only things. which is not working is a green coin, which you get from the official servant before you go to the boat, for some drink - it not working at all, plan to pay your drink on the boat with turkish lira.

I loved the cruise: it is value-for-money, extremely punctual and thoroughly enjoyable. Seeing Istanbul from the Bosforous is a must! The boat is clearly visible at the Eminonu Pier in front of the Rüstem Paşa Camii, it takes 10-15 to get there from the tramway station. You need to redeem the voucher and get the audioguide (a smartphone with very good explanations available in many languages) at the counter before boarding, so allow yourself enough time.

Die Bosporus Tour ist super schön. Wir sind gegen 18 Uhr losgefahren und konnten somit den Sonnenuntergang genießen, was sehr zu empfehlen ist. Die Anlegestelle ist nicht schwer zu finden und es war genug Platz an Bord um entweder drinnen oder draußen sitzen zu können. Der Preis ist auch unschlagbar.

So easy, Located close to Galata Bridge, take T1 tram and get off at Eminonu Station, walk few minutes, find counter with red sign of IStanbul Welcome Card. Look for the guy with long beard (just like seen in pictures above) and show him e-ticket. Hewill check and tell you the boat. Around 90 minutes enjoying beautiful Bosphorus with few stops.

Nosotros tomamos el tour a las 18.00 lo que nos permitió ver el atardecer al regreso dando una postal única. Corre mucho viento, así que no olviden algo para cubrirse. Y hay unas personas que pasan vendiendo cada 10 min y que pueden interrumpir tus vistas

“Im Grpßen und Ganzen lohnenswert” Es war alles gut. die Länge der Bootsfahrt war vollkommen ausreichend. Durch den geliehenen Audioguide mit Kopfhörern konnte man immer zu dem gerade gesehenen Gebäude am Ufer die passenden Informationen abrufen. Der einzige Minuspunkt würde ich vergeben, weil es einfach zu viele Personen auf der Fähre waren. Auf jeden Fall tagsüber machen.

We did the English 90 minute tour and pre-booked it. We were emailed instructions to download an app for the English audio guide. When we arrived at the pier we were leant headphones, told where to sit on the boat for the best views and it was a great introductory cruise to see some of the Bosphorous and the buildings that line the shores. Cant speak for the Turkish commentary but the Audio Guide was excellent. Best to do in the afternoon as you get a nice breeze when the city is at its hottest.

I was happy to get my ticket through get your guide as I got an audioguide for all the tour on the boat on the Bosphorus. The boat that I boarded didn't provide any explanation of the places that were along the route so I enjoyed learning about the landmarks and history of Istanbul with this audioguide. Once I got to the meeting point, it was very quick to get the app and download the audioguide. The only thing I'd like to point is that I booked for the 13 hrs trip and the boat departed at 12:45!!! Luckily I arrived early to the Pier and I got a good seat at the edge and secured my trip.

Conforme à la description...pour le prix ça reste très correcte, c'est une ballade en Ferry (oui je dirai plus ferry que bâteau en soit vu le nombre de personne pouvant embarquer) mais agréable avec une belle vue surtout au couché du soleil. bon rapport qualité prix.

The Staff were friendly, albeit some struggled with English. The staff who helped get the ticket and audio guide were superb. I couldn't speak more highly about the well organised audio guide. Definitely a highlight of our trip. I recommend doing this tour first. As you will feel you have more of a general understanding of Istanbul. The views were stunning. It really showed the best parts.
