The online booking was straight forward.
I may have missed the step where I need to put the address for the pickup but the communication via WhatsApp on the contact number provided was good and solved the issue.
The vibe on the boat was good and everything looked very organised.
The only disappointment was our waiter who was neglecting us at all the time, he looked unhappy, very stressed and didnt want to serve tea and coffee. He lied, saying that there was no tea anymore while other waiters were continously serving their tables.

It was out first dinner cruise experience and I can say that overall was ok, but I would improve:
the food(especially the cold starter) and drinks(served in glass whiteout knowing what you drink, just some fruit flavor).
The photo service, quite expensive now adays 55€ for 11 pics with an album.
We enjoyed the music, dance show and the atmosphere.

The tables on the ship itself are not optimally organized and the minimum number of people that can be placed at a single table is 8. Due to this, you cannot really watch the dancers while you eat, or depending on your seat in general unless you turn your head every min or so. The food was of below average quality (too dry for my taste) and the music was at best random; the setlist was a mix between popular Turkish songs (great ones at that) and Western hits, which was unnecessary since this cruise should focus on Turkish culture and tradition. This way it looked like a cheap thrill (the exact opposite of the price paid for the event). Luckily, there was an employee who took the matter in his own hands and entertained the crowd on his own after dinner. The view through out the entire cruise was splendid, the staff were polite and the dancers were lovely to watch. I do not regret the decision to go, but I cannot say for sure I would do it again.

The entertainment program was fun, the DJ played good music, everyone got up and danced, unfortunately the time passed very quickly and we were back at the harbor. The food was fine, not great, the table service was good. The view from the ship was incredible and the tour on the Bosphorus was well worth the tour. I would definitely recommend this tour

I had a long stopover in Istanbul from 4:00 PM to 3:30 PM, so I decided to take the Bosphorus dinner cruise. I was lucky that my cousins joined me. It was an exceptional experience. The crew members and the team were very cooperative and punctual. I had requested good seats (near the performance and close to a view) and had precise pick-up / drop-off schedules due to my flight. Everything was perfectly configured. The food was excellent (I had the chicken dish), and the performances were impressive. I highly recommend doing this tour for solo and group travelers. Everyone on the boat was friendly and the staff is very attractive and quick with the answers. The boat is also quite large and pleasant to explore (upper, front and rear deck). I will be back with more family soon !!
