Hat alles hervorragend geklappt. Erster Kontakt vorab erfolgte per WhatsApp mit Semih. Mit ihm konnte man problemlos die Einzelheiten klären. Er war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Flughafen Istanbul IST der Schalter von Havalines etwas schwierig zu finden. Er ist draußen am Ausgang B. Fahrzeuge sind super. Fahrer waren sehr nett. Es gab Wasser, WLAN und USB im Wagen. Fragt nach dem WLAN passwort. Bei unserem nächsten Trip nach Istanbul nutzen wir den Service wieder.
