- The lab is open daily between 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, come whenever you want with this reservation!
- Testing at saturdays until 4:30 pm.
- Get your result on the same day between 7:00 pm - 12:00 pm, online or via Whatsapp!
- Download the test result on to your smartphone, the result will be in English
- Result valid at airport and 190 countries except Jordan
- All tests after 5:00 pm will get the results on the next day!
- If you have already had a positive test before, you cannot do a second test within the next 10 days.
We cannot refund money if the laboratory staff finds out that you have been positively tested before.
Please do not make a booking if you have been tested positive before.

Do I need to have a PCR Covid Test in Istanbul?
Not when you are in Istanbul.
But you need a PCR test for travelling back to your country.

Yes, it is possible to choose the option where the labotory staff comes to your hotel or apartment to administer the test.
How fast can I get the result of the test?
If you make the test before 17:00 PM, you get the result the same day 19:00 PM and 12:00 PM.
You can see and print out the test result the same day.
What happens if I already had a positive test result, can I test again?
If you have already had a positive test before, you cannot do a second test within the next 10 days.
We cannot refund money if the laboratory staff finds out that you have been positively tested before.
Please do not make a booking if you have been tested positive before. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund in this case.

I ordered the test to be done at our Airbnb online. Then I send them order ID, address and my name via WhatsApp. They personnel arrived on time to collect the samples which took about 5 mins. They sent me the results in 4-5 hours via WhatsApp. They were very professional, communication was easy and everything went smoothly.
