As someone who appreciates marine biology, I was genuinely impressed. This isn't just a collection of fish tanks; the thematic zones are truly immersive, with great attention to detail in the decor and cultural elements. The sheer variety of species, from the Black Sea's native fauna to the exotic creatures of the Pacific, is remarkable. I spent a good chunk of time just sitting by the panoramic viewing window of the main tank it's incredibly relaxing and a great place to reflect. The educational displays (available in English) are informative without being overwhelming. The South Pole zone with the Gentoo penguins was a fun, playful contrast to the intense deep-sea exhibits. I took the free shuttle service from Taksim to get there, which was simple enough. Highly recommended!
