With this Combo there are 2 different options:
Option 1:
You can do all tours in one day with the same tour guide in 5 hours and afterwards you can join the Bosphorus Cruise.

Or you can spread the tours across three days, giving you freedom to see things as and when you like. The tour guides are easy to spot at the attractions as they have a flag.

Description of the Meeting Point:
The meeting point with your tour guide for Tour Option 1 and Tour Option 2 is at (Yeşil Ev / Green House) located on a side street in Sultanahmet Square close to Derviş Cafe between the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The meeting point is open between 9:30am until 3:30pm.
Option 1 (Recommended)
Meet your tour guide at the ''Yeşil Ev'' meeting point (directions above ↑ ). The meeting point is open between 9:30am until 3:30pm. If you come to the meeting at 09:30 am (except Tuesdays) you can visit all attractions in one day with the same tour guide.
Option 2
Meet your tour guide at the ''Yeşil Ev'' meeting point (directions above ↑ ). The meeting point is open between 9:30am until 5:30pm. Visit all 3 attractions and take your cruise at your own pace when ever you want at following tour times.
60 min Hagia Sophia tour daily at:
10 am and 2 pm. Fridays only at 2 pm.
60 min Topkapı Palace tour daily except Tuesdays at:
10 am, 11 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm and 3 pm
20 min Basilica Cistern tour daily at:
10 am, 11 am (except Tuesdays), 12 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm, 4 pm
Bosphorus Cruise Departure Times:
Daily cruise times: 12:00, 15:30 and 18:30
At Hagia Sophia please expect a security waiting time of up to 1 hour during the high season. While you are waiting, your tour guide will entertain you with valuable information about daily life and the history of Istanbul.
At Topkapı Palace and the Basilica Cistern we skip the ticket lines but can not skip the security line. The security check can take up to 10 minutes.
Hagia Sophia Dress Code
Remember to wear modest clothing (arms and legs covered). Women must cover their hair with a scarf. If you forget to bring your own scarf, you can buy one at the entrance for 2 Euro.

Good not to wait
Mit der Istanbul Welcome Card-Saver Combo waren keine Wartezeiten, auch an der Security in die Hagia Sophia ging es schnell. Leider gab es verschiedene Zeiten für die Führungen. In meiner Nachricht vom Anbieter standen andere Zeiten als bei meiner Freundin, aber auch dass der Meeting Point vor dem Hürrem Sultan- Hamam sei, was nicht stimmte. Unregelmäßigkeiten führten zu mehreren telefonischen Nachfragen. Dann war der Meeting Point schnell und einfach zu finden. Die Guides waren gut. Die Inhalte sehr informativ. Allerdings gab es keine Headsets. Bei großen Führungen und vor allem in überfüllten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind Headsets unbedingt nötig. Aber ich empfehle trotzdem die Istanbul Welcome Card wärmstens, da die positiven Punkte überwiegen. Vielen Dank noch einmal an das gesamte Team.
Excellent just some indications should be added
This pass allow to visit the main sites for people who dont spend too much time in Istanbul. It s allow to avoid queue. Just important to understand somethings which are not clearly written in this website. - you have to wait for a guide at a meeting point to enter in each site. Once your are inside the site you can visite by your own. - there are only two meeting point, meeting point are very close. The main meeting point is INSIDE the Yesil ev, street kabasakal. The second is close to topkapi cafe. - once you have paid, you Will received an email with an ID. For each visite, the guide Will check your name and your ID. - /! in togkapi palace, the guide stoped us in front of the queue to enter in the treasure. She ask us 300 lira to visit the harem. She said the entrance was at 250. In reality the entrance is at 225 lira... Moreover there was no queue to visite the harem. So personnally i advise to visite the harem by your own.
Saver Combo
We found many people for listening the explanations of the host and probably not enough hosts for serving everyone. They were kind and tried to do the best, I would recommend to contract more tour guides in high season Autoguide did not work very well. In general good
