Excellent service
Found them easily at the airport exit, waiting with a sign with my name. I was greeted by a very nice and welcoming young blond man. Waited a short time before he carried my luggage for me and led me to the van. I ended being alone in the vehicle. The nice driver not speaking English, we had a peaceful ride with local music all the way to my hotel where he unloaded my luggage. The driving is quite something here but just something you’ll have to get used to. Honestly, super practical option to use this shuttle service especially after a long day of travel, it’s safe, easy and worthy it. Plus, the customer service online (i dealt with Eda) is very responsive.

Fahrer hat uns pünktlich am Sabiha Gökcen abgeholt und bis zum Hotel am Gülhane Park gebracht. Etwas teuer mit 18 €, die Rückfahr haben wir in der Stadt für 10 € gebucht.
Very friendly service at the counter. They told me to wait for about 15-20 mins since it is a shared shuttle. They kept their words to send me within the waiting time despite being the only passenger. I have a 12-seater shuttle on my own. One of the cute guys even helped me with the luggage because I have many bags while led me to the driver which is at the lower floor.
