You share the same minibus with travelers who do have the same arrival time as you. All guest will be dropped off one after the other to their hotel or Airbnb. This transfer type is cheaper than a private transfer but can involve a waiting time between 10 to 30 minutes.
The driver will bring you in front of the door of your hotel  or airbnb in Taksim or Sultanahmet area. If your hotel or airbnb is located in an off traffic area you will be dropped off at the closest point.

Excellent service

Found them easily at the airport exit, waiting with a sign with my name. I was greeted by a very nice and welcoming young blond man. Waited a short time before he carried my luggage for me and led me to the van. I ended being alone in the vehicle. The nice driver not speaking English, we had a peaceful ride with local music all the way to my hotel where he unloaded my luggage. The driving is quite something here but just something you’ll have to get used to. Honestly, super practical option to use this shuttle service especially after a long day of travel, it’s safe, easy and worthy it. Plus, the customer service online (i dealt with Eda) is very responsive.
